‘A rowdy bunch of young Australian musicians and dreamers, the unapologetic sound of Aussie rock and pop music, and a shot at finally escaping all the bullsh*t!’

Early 20-something siblings Kate and Gus are struggling to meet ends in modern Australia; the increased rent’s overdue and the older generation don’t give a shit about them. For Kate, life largely comprises of managing/babysitting Gus’ band ‘The Other Kids,’ her superficial relationship with Gus’ best mate and bass player of the band Postcard, and working too many jobs whilst secretly harbouring an ambition to get the fuck out.  It seems all the band’s hard-work might just pay off until Kate’s actions spark a chaotic avalanche of events forcing the characters to reconcile relationships, loyalties and the ramifications of a violent act…

It's a show filled with everything there is to love and hate about Australian band culture; rowdy misfits, betrayal, love, crazy parties, drama and above all else: music! It also contains important themes, including including class divides, gender-based violence, disenfranchised youth and the ways in which young Australians try to make sense of the world.
